What is a peer support group?

Peer support involves individuals with similar experiences coming together to provide emotional, social, and practical support to one another.

In the context of startup founders, it offers a safe space to share your wins, challenges, and goals in a supportive environment. This group is designed to help you navigate the unique pressures of entrepreneurship with empathy and understanding from those who truly get it.

Structure of the Session:

1.Introduction: We start with a brief introduction where everyone gets to know each other and set the tone for the session.

2.Art Activity: Engage in a guided art activity designed to help you relax, express yourself, and tap into your creativity.

3.Breakout Group: Participate in small group discussions where you can share your experiences, challenges, and insights in a more intimate setting.

4.Connect with Others: End the session with an opportunity to connect with other participants, exchange contact information, and build a support network.

What to Expect

A Safe and Supportive Environment

Our peer support group provides a safe and confidential space for you to express yourself without fear of judgment.

Creative Expression through Art

Our peer support group often integrates creative art therapy techniques as a means of self-expression. You don't need to be an artist to participate—just a willingness to explore and express yourself creatively.

Building Lasting Connections

In addition to receiving support, our peer support group offers the chance to build meaningful and lasting connections with your peers.
